This charming chalet is ideal for keen skiers because of it’s proximity to the Perrières chair lift, just a couple of minutes walk from the front door. The centre of Les Gets is also only a 10 minute walk and there is a free ski bus to transport you to the foot of the Chavannes ski slopes.

Chalet Mimosa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 7 people.

The ground floor has an open plan living area consisting of a corner kitchen, dining area and a seating area in front of the log fire.

The kitchen comes complete with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with ample space to seat 7 people. The living area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating to relax in after a hard day on the slopes. There is also an additional seating area upstairs with a flat screen TV, Sky TV and DVD player.

The sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor.

Ground Floor Bedroom – 3 single beds, 2 of which can be made into a double making this an ideal family room. There are also large double doors leading out onto the wooden terrace.

First Floor Double Room – located at the front of the chalet, this large double room has a glass door leading out onto the balcony.

First Floor Twin Bedroom – has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a double bed to give you added flexibility.

The chalet has 2 bathrooms, a family sized bathroom located on the first floor and a shower room with separate toilet on the ground floor. There is also a washing machine in the ground floor shower room.
The chalet also benefits from having a garage with plenty of space for storing skis and boots, and mountain bikes. There is a large garden in front of the chalet and a wooden deck, ideal for sunbathing and outdoor dining in the warmer months. There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the garage, and a further space in the communal parking bay to the side of the chalet.

The price is for rental of the chalet on a self catered basis.  The price includes linen, towels, logs for the fire and WIFI broadband access.
